Recently bought a car from them and couldn’t be happier. The whole process went smoothly thanks to them being accommodating and efficient. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Jesi and Luka were so professional and easy to communicate with, and I found the perfect Mercedes GLC 250, I love her. I would recommend LA Motors to anyone looking for a prestige car with the absolute premium service to go with it. They worked with me to secure the car that I wanted in a timely manner, and even washed the car and put a full tank of fuel before collecting my vehicle. I cannot recommend LA Motors enough. While we had a very difficult and disorganized experience with the external finance broker, Jessi and Luca at the dealership were the complete opposite. They were professional, patient, and truly cared about our situation. When the finance broker left us waiting for over 3 hours , the team stepped up and released the vehicle so we could finally get home. They turned a stressful six days into a success. If you're looking for a team that prioritizes the customer, this is the place.
